These crates remain the property of your institution, ensuring you have access whenever required, granting you utmost flexibility.

Sustainability and Longevity

Opting for our reusable crates substantially reduces waste, as each crate is engineered for an estimated 8 to 15 years of use. This not only eliminates the single-use crate model but also prevents foam and plywood from ending up in landfills. Additionally, the use of travel frames minimizes the need for extra storage space for large, empty crates.

Customization

Our team will expertly design and construct custom travel frames, stabilization systems, and various cavity-packing techniques to suit the individual needs of your loans. Should you choose to employ in-house or third-party packing services, please note that Maquette cannot assume responsibility for the condition of the art pieces in such instances.

Program Management
 Joining the Reusable Crate program provides several benefits. It includes competitive pricing for the initial fabrication of your custom crate designs, a dedicated storage solution for these crates when they’re not in active use, and a comprehensive maintenance plan. This plan covers part replacements and crate refurbishments as needed. Ultimately, we tailor each program to align seamlessly with the unique requirements of your institution.
